The Spa Suites at Beautiful Soul were created for independent providers offering a range of spa and wellness services—from esthetics and massage to nails, brows, medical spa treatments, and holistic care.

Located near 168th & Cornhusker, this space is intentionally designed to feel calm, quiet, and elevated, allowing providers to create a more personalized, restorative experience for their clients.

Every detail supports both the provider and the guest, so you can focus on delivering care in a space that feels as good as the services themselves.

Each suite was carefully designed with both spa & wellness professionals and their clients in mind, blending functionality with an elevated, spa-like environment.

  • Extra soundproofing with sealed sliding glass doors to create a quiet, private environment.

  • Quartz countertops paired with soft-close cabinetry, drawers, and pull-out pantry storage for easy, organized access to your supplies.

  • Each suite includes a deep sink for added functionality during services.

  • Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout for a clean, elevated, and durable finish.

  • Adjustable can lighting allows you to customize the ambiance for every service.

  • Each suite includes a mini fridge for added convenience and storage.

  • Built-in trash and laundry bins to keep your space clean, organized, and efficient.

  • Lower suites feature floor outlets to support flexible equipment setup.

  • A welcoming space with fireplaces, ample seating, and a coffee, tea, and filtered ice & water bar. There’s two large, clean, well-maintained restrooms on each level.

  • Secure keypad entry provides added safety and controlled access to the building.

  • Two shared break rooms with microwaves, plus four washers and dryers with detergent provided.

  • Designed to be accessible and accommodating for all providers and guests.
